Ingredients:

2 lbs skirt steak - ask your local butcher to thoroughly clean two whole skirts.

1 tablespoon coarse sea salt

1 jar Gardel's Chimichurri Auténtico

Marinade skirt steak over night by placing in container, dressing with 1 cup of Gardel's Chimichurri Auténtico and letting rest over night.

Preheat grill for cooking over direct heat, preferably with all-natural charcoal.

Grill skirt steak 3 minutes per side for a charred medium rare.
